Manis Cafe is one of the oldest and prominent eateries in Thrissur city, Kerala State. Manis cafe, was founded about eighty years ago, by late Sri Eashwara Iyer (Mani Swami). Mani Swami's dedication and hard work only leads Manis cafe become famous in Trichur. Later on his son Sri Sukumarji (Suku Swami) took over the helm. Now Sukumarji's son and Mani Swami's grandson Sri Sooraj also helping him to run the business.
The masala dosa, Medu Vada and coffee here are very famous. It is no exaggeration to say that the famous masala dosa and coffee in Thrissur City is here.
Initially, it was located in Thrissur Round, the heart of the city, but recently shifted Peringav, the present location.
Manis Cafe is a pure vegetarian hotel. You can have Tea, Filter Coffee, Dosa, Ghee/Butter/Onion Roasts & Medu Vada for whole day and in the morning session
idli, Ela Ada (sweet and traditional Kerala delicacy), Puri and Thairu vada (Curd Vada / Dahi Vada). You can have parathas and chapatis for noon session. They have their own home delivery system to near by areas and tie-up with Swiggy and Zomato for long distance deliveries.
